We bring the scanners to you. Archives, plan rooms and filing cabinets are digitized in your building, so nothing sensitive ever leaves the premises.
PDF is the safest for printing. We also take DWG, DXF, PLT, TIFF, JPEG, PNG and design files. Large sets are easiest as a single zip.
Most standard sets go out the same business day when the file arrives before mid afternoon. Mounted boards and banners usually run one to two business days.
Pricing depends on size, media, quantity and finishing, so we quote each job in writing before printing. Upload your files and the number comes back with a completion time.
Yes. Send a sample or tell us the stock and finishing on the last order and we will reproduce it exactly.
A crew typically clears several thousand office pages or several hundred large format sheets per visit. We survey larger archives first so the schedule is honest.
Yes. Documents are scanned in place and returned to their folders and racks exactly as they were found.
